Very close to I35 and downtown Sanger and also about 10 miles to Denton. This Lots just needs cleaning but seller is willing to give a allowance for clean up.Very nice area don't pass this one up give me a call and make and appointment to look at it.also on aerial pictures the lot is across the street from the house that has the outdoor pool.
